Why get involved?

Volunteering to get involved in the community is a win-win process. Not only do you get to make new and life-long friends among your fellow-members, but you also get the satisfaction of knowing you are making a difference, either from helping people who may need your support or simply contributing to the smooth running of our community.

No qualifications needed, just a willingness to get involved.

We are a relatively small community, which means that we don’t employ professional staff to make things happen – like organising events or preparing kiddush or security rotas, for instance. So all those tasks are down to volunteers.
The upshot? Our volunteers are much valued and much cherished.

Could you be among them?

However much or how little time you can spare, whether you are young and active, or more mature with much life experience to draw on, your contribution will be welcomed with open arms. If you have a special skill or interest that you can share, even better. You will find it truly rewarding.

You can volunteer to help with any of the activities listed below, or approach us with your own idea! For more information, e-mail the contact indicated.
